One dish with an impossibly long name -- insalata di aragosta su listarelle di finocchio con scaglie di parmigiano ed olio d'oliva (unabridged Italian for lobster salad with fennel, Parmesan and olive oil) -- is an inspired combination of flavors and textures. Green lasagna, made with veal ragu, fresh mozzarella and startlingly green pasta, is true comfort food. Try the lamb chops, done in the classic style with rosemary and garlic.
